Sagar shares 5 simple lessons learned from his journey of being a Covid-19 patient:
1. Don’t force optimism and express yourself by sharing what you feel with someone you trust.
2. Start being grateful for people around you and especially to all the Covid warriors.
3. Consume limited news.
4. Laugh as much as you can and laugh a lot. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
5. Build your own hope because umeed pe to duniya kayam hai.
Finally, Sagar shares why it is okay to feel negative during this uncertain time and what you can do to break your pattern to make a fresh start everyday.
